【3月31日 AFP】菅直人（Naoto Kan）首相は31日、共産党の志位和夫（Kazuo Shii）委員長と会談し、東京電力（Tokyo Electric Power Co.、TEPCO）の福島第1原発は1〜6号機全てを廃炉にすべきとの見解を示した。共同通信（Kyodo News）が同日報じた。
東京電力は30日、損傷した1〜4号機は廃炉にせざるをえないとの見解を示したが、5〜6号機については明言していなかった。
志井委員長によると菅首相は前年6月に閣議決定されたエネルギー基本計画の見直しも表明した。エネルギー基本計画は原発を日本の中心的なエネルギー源と位置づけ、2030年までに少なくとも14基以上の原発を増設し、うち9基は2020年までに完成させるという内容だった。(c)AFP
